SUMMARY:A Safe Space Level 3 - 25th Sept Webinar
DESCRIPTION:A Safe Space training covers all you need to know about safety and safeguarding at Girlguiding. Level 3 will help you to apply everything you learnt in A Safe Space Levels 1 and 2 to your volunteer roles. You’ll continue developing skills to manage risk\, create a safe space and be confident in reporting concerns\, allegations and disclosures. This level is for anyone leading a team of adults and at least one leader per unit (leader\, assistant leader\, leader in training). We recommend that  all leaders complete this level.  Mentors\, advisers\, coordinators (except GO coordinators)\, licence holders on residentials\, trainers\, tutors and those doing level 4 will also need to complete this course. This is an online webinar run by North East England\, please follow the link to sign up on the Learning Platform.

DESCRIPTION:We are very excited that The Grand in York have agreed to host this year’s T&R event.  The hotel will be serving their amazing award-winning afternoon tea; in support of our organisation they have given a substantial discount. Please come and join us for afternoon tea at The Grand for a fraction of the usual cost. \nWe can’t wait to welcome all our amazing volunteers; we really would like you to celebrate with us.  Without the time\, energy\, and commitment you give\, our members would not otherwise have the opportunities\, experiences\, and adventures Girlguiding North Yorkshire South offers.\nWe have an amazing guest speaker\, the York Civic party and other invited guests joining us on the day.
