A Safe Space training covers all you need to know about safety and safeguarding at Girlguiding. Level 3 will help you to apply everything you learnt in A Safe Space Levels 1 and 2 to your volunteer roles. You’ll continue developing skills to manage risk, create a safe space and be confident in reporting concerns, allegations and disclosures. This level is for anyone leading a team of adults and at least one leader per unit (leader, assistant leader, leader in training). We recommend that all leaders complete this level.  Mentors, advisers, coordinators (except GO coordinators), licence holders on residentials, trainers, tutors and those doing level 4 will also need to complete this course.
